Online Booking Terms & Conditions

 

​These Terms & Conditions apply to Laser Station and all Funstation Group venues and experiences, including Funstation, Laser Station, Volcano Falls, Carnival Golf and Games and Breakout Escape Experience.

Booking & Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations.

• All bookings with Funstation brands (including Laser Station, Carnival Golf and Games, Breakout Escape Rooms & Volcano Falls) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime or participation time.

Booking Confirmation

• Once payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

• If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact the relevant venue directly via the online contact form or by telephone.

• Your confirmation email must be presented on arrival.

• Entry may be refused without a valid confirmation email.

Cancellations, Changes & Amendments

• Requests to amend bookings must be made via telephone or the online contact form.

• We do not make any guarantees and we do not offer refunds.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be transferred to a future booking (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to attend (“no-shows”), are fully chargeable.

• We do not guarantee the ability to amend bookings; where changes are possible, confirmation will be provided by phone and email. ​

Age Requirements

• The minimum age to participate in Laser Station is 6 years old.​​​

Gameplay, Equipment & Availability 

• All experiences, games, equipment, rooms and attractions are subject to availability.

• Technical issues may occur from time to time. While we aim to resolve issues promptly, uninterrupted gameplay or access to specific features, game modes, machines or rooms cannot be guaranteed.

• No compensation is guaranteed in the event of technical disruption.

• Equipment must be used as instructed at all times.

• Misuse, tampering or any deliberate damage may result in removal from the experience and/or charges.

Health & Safety

• Laser Station involves physical activity and may include loud sounds, flashing lights and immersive environments. 

• Participation is at your own risk and may not be suitable for participants with certain medical conditions. 

• Participants must follow staff instructions and guidance at all times. 

• Laser Station is not liable for injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Age Requirements & Supervision

• Minimum age requirements vary by activity. Laser Station has a minimum age of six years old. 

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Staff are not responsible for child supervision. 

• Some activities may include additional age or height restrictions.

Behaviour & Conduct

• Laser Station reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant displaying disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. 

• Participants must follow all staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environments. 

• The lead booker is responsible for the conduct of their group.

Personal Property 

• Laser Station accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Offers & Promotions

• Laser Station reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any offer or promotion at any time and without notice.

• Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.

• Unless otherwise specified, promotions apply during standard term time only and are not valid during school or bank holidays.

 

Photography & Marketing

• Photography and video recording may take place within venues for marketing purposes.

• By entering Laser Station and associated brands, participants consent to being included in promotional content unless otherwise notified. 

 

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. By visiting Laser Station and using the services provided, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
